Base pay range

$66,000.00/yr - $121,000.00/yr

Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team to oversee store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising hourly team members, handling escalations, and collaborating with store associates. The role involves travel.

  • Master’s degree in Business or related field.
  • 1 year leading cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management Professional Certification.

Reliable transportation required. Responsibilities include supervising and developing associates, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting business solutions through stakeholder relationships. Minimum Qualifications
