YMCA of Delaware is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher Assistant at the Sussex Family Location in Rehoboth Beach, DE. The role supports daily care, supervised classroom activities, and developmentally appropriate practices for young children.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and meet licensing requirements.
• Willingness to complete the CDA pathway.
• Six months of experience with children birth through second grade in a group setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the children, classroom, and activities with safe, developmentally appropriate practices.
• Provide daily care including diapering, toileting, feeding, and social/emotional support.
• Engage children in classroom activities and observe progress.
