Rowan in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to be the face of our ear piercing studio at Park Meadows Mall. You will greet clients, educate them on piercing services and jewelry, and help create a safe, celebratory atmosphere while maintaining cleanliness and order.

This role emphasizes reliability, energy, and a hands-on approach to store operations, with weekend availability and a passion for earrings.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience is required.
• Experience with jewelry, ear piercing, or service/hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with ownership mindset.
• Positive, high-energy, resourceful and entrepreneurial.
• Passionate about earrings and ear piercing.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet ear-piercing clients and shoppers
• Offer and provide education about Rowan piercing services and jewelry
• Support needs of ear piercing clients and shoppers
• Improve store efficiency and processes to ensure seamless client experience
• Restock jewelry and ear piercing materials
• Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the studio
• Perform bi-weekly inventory counts and investigate discrepancies
• Manage technology and software systems
• Embody Rowan's culture and values, and work to always create a celebratory atmosphere in the piercing studio
