Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in Middlesex County is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support for a 33-year-old adult who has a head injury and enjoys staying active. You will help with daily activities, community outings, and keeping him engaged with sports and social events. Schedule: 4 days per week, totaling 10–15 hours per week.

Pay: $17–$21/hr. Location: Monroe Township, 08831. Driving on shift is REQUIRED.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct care settings.
• Complete onboarding, background checks, and training.
• Able to commit to exact posted schedule.
• One-to-one care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
