Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support for a 33-year-old adult in Middlesex County. The role emphasizes helping the client stay active and engaged through sports, outings, and community activities.

The position requires dependability, energy, and a proactive attitude to support daily routines, safety, and meaningful community involvement. Schedule: 4 days per week, 10–15 hours weekly, with driving on shift.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Direct Support Professional or similar role is required.
• Able to commit to the exact posted schedule and complete onboarding and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
