Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one role in Monroe Township. The DSP will support a highly functional adult with a head injury, helping with daily routines and community activities while ensuring safety and documenting services for the Kindly team.

The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and comfortable working one-to-one, with a passion for helping someone stay active and connected through sports, outings, and social engagement.

Qualifications

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.

Responsibilities

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
