Qualifikationen

• AA degree preferred or HS degree with three years experience working with disabilities.
• Successful experience working with individuals with special needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, parents and staff.
• Required criminal history background checks and proof of US citizenship or legal resident status.

• Assist clients in implementing goals from each client's Life Plan in center and community settings.
• Help clients develop social, life and vocational skills.
• Support a positive, learning-oriented environment with small group activities.
