Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in Woolwich, NJ is seeking a dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support one adult in a one-to-one role. You will help maintain routines, support independence, and engage with the community to meet personal goals.

This part-time position offers evening shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Friday, 3:15–6:30 p.m., with a pay rate of $17–$21 per hour. A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are required for driving during shifts.

Qualifications

• Dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support one adult in a one-to-one role.
• Ability to complete onboarding, background checks and training.
• Willingness to drive during shifts with a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide support at home and in the community, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs and support plan.
• Help maintain a safe, respectful environment and follow individualized instructions.
• Complete required service documentation and communicate reliably with the Kindly Direct Care team.
