Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform drug screen collections according to procedures, client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Verify donor information, complete forms, and prepare specimens for shipment or processing.
• Enter and maintain accurate information in systems and client records.
• Monitor pending results and missing information, and follow up as needed.
• Communicate with clients, clinics, laboratories, and internal teams to resolve issues.
