Job summary

Powers Health is seeking a Drug Screen Onsite Coordinator - Clinic to oversee the alcohol and drug screen process in compliance with federal, state, local requirements and DOT regulations when applicable.

The role supports onsite client visits for drug screens, fit testing, CPR, lab draws, Spirometry, audiograms and other Occupational Health services, with an Medical Assistant education and CPR/TB certifications preferred; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or CMA/RMA certification required.
• One year of Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• CPR and TB certifications must be current.
• Knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate alcohol and drug screening processes per federal, state, local, and DOT requirements when applicable.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication of drug and alcohol results to clients and patients.
• Coordinate and perform onsite client visits for drug screens, fit testing, CPR, lab draws, spirometry, audiograms, and other occupational health services.
• Perform administrative tasks and may train staff on substance abuse and alcohol testing.
