Job summary

Uintah County UT is hiring a part-time UA Observer to perform working-level administrative and technical tasks, including observing participants during drug and alcohol collection and maintaining sample custody. You will operate testing equipment and generate reports for case managers and court staff.

Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of general office computer experience; flexible hours and county perks are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience using general office computer systems.
• Any combination of related education and professional experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Observe same-gender participants during drug and alcohol collection (urine, breath, saliva).
• Operate testing equipment and ensure chain of custody for all samples.
• Maintain testing databases and issue participant IDs.
• Generate and distribute compliance reports to case managers, providers and court admins.
• Notify authorized parties of participant status in a timely manner.
