Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer - Patrol Driver in Sheboygan Falls, WI to serve clients across industries. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, monitor access points, and provide courteous customer service to site personnel and visitors.

This daytime driving role requires a valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 20 lbs. Prior access control or badge experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, hazardous-material concerns, and critical situations following site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facility buildings, access points, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and documenting arrivals and incidents.
• Complete detailed activity reports and support emergency evacuation and response procedures.
