Job summary

This PT Non-Exempt role requires maintaining production levels, handling donations, pricing, and assisting customers with a professional demeanor while upholding Goodwill values.

Qualifications

• Professional manner with a high degree of customer service.
• Effective communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work well with others in a respectful and collaborative manner.
• Read and write with the ability to comprehend and complete agency forms as required for operational purposes.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process donations for hanging, tagging, tallying, and pricing.
• Maintain production levels to achieve store goals.
• Address customer complaints, referring to the Store Manager or Crew Leader as necessary.
• Ensure inventory is distributed efficiently within store fixtures.
• Accept donations and provide donation receipts upon request from the donor.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area meeting agency standards.
• Attend scheduled meetings as required.
• Perform custodial duties as necessary.
• Adhere to safety and loss prevention procedures to prevent injury and property damage.
• Embrace the core values of the agency in work and community.
• Contribute to departmental and agency objectives and goals.
• Comply with department and agency policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
