Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in retail customer service.
• Ability to bend, lift and move continuously through the day.
• Two-person lifting of some heavy objects may be required.
• Good verbal communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to donors and customers at the donation station.
• Load, unload and move donated goods using a hand truck.
• Sort and price donated items and monitor production levels.
• Keep aisles clean and ensure safe, organized work areas.
• Adhere to loss prevention, inventory procedures and attendance expectations.
