You will draft, review, and translate technical concepts into persuasive language while coordinating with SMEs to ensure high-quality submissions. This role provides hands-on exposure to federal procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with DoD FAR and federal procurement concepts.
• Excellent written and technical writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Word and PowerPoint; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and edit proposal responses to RFPs, RFIs, and Sources Sought.
• Translate military concepts into clear, persuasive language for proposals.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content.
• Participate in proposal reviews and apply feedback for improvements.
• Organize proposal volumes, appendices, and related materials.
• Research past performance and agency requirements for tailored responses.
• Gain exposure to federal acquisition processes and methodologies.
