Responsibilities

• Perform cheek swab specimen collections.
• Take photos and ink prints of clients.
• Fill out handwritten chain of custody forms.
• Ensure specimens are properly labeled.
• Deliver samples via FedEx after collection.
• Monitor supply inventory and reorder as needed.
• Interact with the public in a friendly, professional manner.
