Job summary

640 SERVICE OKLAHOMA is seeking a part-time Driver’s License Examiner in Tulsa to perform driver’s license interviews, examinations, and inspections in compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to verify documents, and the administration of vision, written, pre-trip and road tests. The position is limited to 24 hours per week, with occasional Saturdays and a $19.06 hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field or 4 years of technical clerical office work or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typing at least 50 wpm with minimal errors.

Responsibilities

• Interview applicants to determine license or ID requirements.
• Review and verify documents to establish identity and eligibility.
• Administer written and road tests and evaluate performance.
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of driver’s license records.
• Communicate state/federal rules to applicants.
