Job summary

Under the Chief Administrative Officer and Division Chiefs, you will organize work, supervise administrative staff, manage budgets and financial controls, and drive process improvements in delivering program services.

Initially assigned to the Divisions of CAND, Pulmonary and Exercise Medicine, the role will coordinate all administrative functions to support research, clinical service

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of university rules, regulations, processes and fund management.
• Experience with budgets and staff supervision across administrative functions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of contracts and grants regulations and guidelines.
• Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• 5-7 years relevant experience.
