Qualifications

• High School Diploma or the equivalent is required.
• Associates degree in Electrical Technology or Engineering Technology (or similar discipline) required.
• More than one (1) with less than five (5) years experience in a position that directly relates to the responsibilities above required.
• Candidates with two (2) or more years directly related experience may be considered with the Associates Degree as preferred, not required.
• One year of on the job experience or formal training in a Graphic Tool design or electronic design software relating to the position or industry (e.g. GDT, Ike Pole-Foreman or Maximo) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed distribution designs and cost estimates tailored to customer needs and timelines.
• Run modeling software on poles and equipment to determine wind loading impact for current and future conditions.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies on permitting and project planning; perform field inspections as needed.
• Adhere to Clients procedures and maintain documentation; keep supervisor informed of status.
