Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school degree required; college degree preferred.
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Local applicants preferred
• Superior customer service skills and phone etiquette
• Cash register experience with speed and accuracy
• Experience interacting with customers and addressing requests/ issues
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to work 7 days per week including some holidays

Responsabilités

• Greet patients warmly and assist in cannabis product selection
• Process transactions and manage POS cash/receipts
• Provide outstanding customer service and answer questions
• Guide patients to products based on needs and symptoms
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Maintain clean, stocked POS counters and compliance with procedures
• Adhere to state medical cannabis laws and company safety policies
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing education
