Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a part-time Dispensary Associate in Rockville, MD. You will guide customers on cannabis products, explain benefits and potential side effects, and process purchases in compliance with state regulations.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and applicants must be 21+ (18+ in CT/PA/WV). Prior retail or cash-handling experience is a plus. The role offers flexible hours, tips, and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years old (18+ in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and with various personalities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Provide empathy and compassion to patients.
• Provide the TruExperience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
• Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns per policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures.
• Work with leadership to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with product or device issues.
