Job summary

Trulieve dispensary in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a part-time Dispensary Associate to guide customers on their cannabis journey and educate them on product benefits and effects. You will facilitate purchases, ensure compliance with state regulations, and provide an exceptional experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 21+ years old (18+ in PA for certain roles), and cash handling and customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or 18 in PA for specific roles).
• Prior experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Guide customers through their cannabis journey and educate on products.
• Process patient orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Comply with state regulations during purchases and ensure a great customer experience.
• Assist with returns following company policy and maintain a clean workstation.
• Maintain knowledge of products and assist with online orders and deliveries when needed.
• Support leadership to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations.
