Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Dispensary Associate – Full time in Pennsylvania. You will guide customers on their cannabis journey, educate them on products, and ensure a smooth purchase experience compliant with state regulations.

Applicants should have a high-school diploma or equivalent, prior cash handling and customer service experience, and strong communication skills. Pay starts at $15.00 per hour and tips are available.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers.
