Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Dispatch Security Officer in Holly Springs, NC to support healthcare locations and other sites. You will monitor dispatch communications, coordinate security personnel, maintain logs, and provide professional customer service to staff and visitors.

This role offers flexible day/night shifts and the opportunity to build a schedule using our shift-claim platform. A background check and drug screen are required, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Background check required.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor dispatch communications and prioritize calls for service.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident records, and radio communications.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner and relay information clearly.
• Support access control and alarm monitoring as directed.
