Pay rate is $21.63 per hour, with a Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM schedule. This role supports customer service, security procedures, and incident response within a retail location setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to operate a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Background checks and drug screening are part of employment processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and coordinate dispatch communications, document calls for service, and relay information to on-site personnel or responders.
• Respond to incidents calmly, escalate as needed following site procedures.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and shift activity records for the retail location.
• Support regular and random patrol coverage of the site and perimeter.
