Job summary

UPS is seeking a Dispatch Analyst to assist with dispatch analysis and daily routine tasks that support the dispatch and preload teams. The role involves analyzing dispatch plans, identifying opportunities, reporting, and conducting service audits.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, familiarity with DPS/UDC, and strong planning and organizational skills. Experience with Microsoft Office and package flow technologies is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) preferred with DPS/UDC knowledge.
• Customer-focused with strong planning and organization skills.
• Familiar with package flow technologies and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Verifies system downloads.
• Identifies service failures and exceptions.
• Prints and distributes multiple daily reports.
• Communicates changes to PDS and updates reports as needed.
• Utilizes mapping tools to support dispatch planning.
• Compares actual dispatch to planned dispatch and analyzes gaps.
• Maintains a loop analysis for periodic review of all loops.
• Utilizes available reports and systems for daily tasks.
• Completes monthly dispatch audit.
