Napa Kitchen & Bar Westerville is hiring a part-time dishwasher to join our Back of House Team. This role supports a clean, efficient kitchen by washing and sanitizing dishes, keeping the dish station organized, and assisting with basic kitchen tasks.

The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and reliability for consistent kitchen operations. Familiarity with sanitation practices is a plus. Shift flexibility includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment and manual methods as needed.
• Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils for use by kitchen and service staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, floors, and garbage disposal areas.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Assist with basic kitchen tasks such as taking out trash, restocking supplies, and cleaning kitchen equipment as directed.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to a flexible work schedule to support the operational needs of the establishment.
