Responsibilities

• Sorts, scrapes and stacks dishes and silverware for the dish machine.
• Loads dishes into the machine and unloads after washing, ensuring cleanliness.
• Washes and stores pots, pans and cooking utensils.
• Keeps floors clean and dry; cleans spills immediately.
• Cleans walk-in refrigerator daily.
• Breaks down boxes and disposes of trash.
• Follows weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Attends staff meetings and in-service sessions.
• Cleans employee break room; sweeps and mops.
• Polishes stainless steel surfaces weekly.
• Follows supervisor instructions when leaving work areas.
• Cleans carts and tray stands weekly.
• Assists serving staff in Meadows Dining room and Grand Oaks.
• Stores stock items.
• Other tasks as requested or assigned.
