Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Ensures food served at the correct temperatures and is attractive and tasty; handles portioning.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and safety; supports inventory and storage standards.
• Assists in ordering and receiving all food and supplies as required.
• Follows HACCP standards and safety procedures and reports maintenance needs.
