Qualifications

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen areas and utensils in orderly, sanitary condition.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes by hand or uses dishwashing machine as assigned.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays according to procedures; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment; maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Keeps dish area in compliance with safety standards.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation requirements.
• Removes trash and disposes of waste properly.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas.
