Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support our dining operations. The role involves washing and sanitizing dishes, assisting with basic kitchen duties, and maintaining cleanliness to meet health standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and, preferably, ServSafe certification. Weekend availability is required, with Pay DOE and flexible hours in a hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certificate, preferred.
• Food Handler’s Permit, as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and organize dish storage and washing areas.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Complete general cleanup and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas.
• Maintain the dish machine and sinks, including detergent levels and filters.
• Ensure water temperature and sanitizing standards are met.
• Transport meals to the CFL neighborhood and return carts to the kitchen.
• Assist cooks with basic food preparation as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and SDS compliance.
• Promote teamwork and follow MBK policies.
