Sunrise Senior Living in Bloomfield Hills, MI is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to keep dishwashing and pot washing stations clean and efficient. You will operate dish machines, wash and sanitize all wares, and maintain sanitation logs to ensure food safety standards are met.

The role supports dining services and helps maintain a safe, organized kitchen to promote resident well-being and quality meal service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is helpful.
• Familiarity with cleaning and sanitation standards.
• Ability to follow safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Support dining service duties as assigned.
