Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations in our NJ community. You will set up dishwashing stations, operate dish machines, and maintain sanitation across dishes, cookware, and equipment.

Qualifications

• OSHA and food safety regulations must be followed.
• Maintain clean and sanitized work areas.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
