Qualifications

• Washington State Food Worker Card (WSFWC) is required.
• One year of dishwashing experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and weekends.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Familiar with kitchen equipment and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Be on time and attend all meetings.
• Complete opening, running, closing duties and side work.
• Wash pots, pans, dishes, trays, cooking and eating utensils.
• Organize and restock cookware and dishware.
• Clean and sanitize dish station equipment and floors.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
• Ensure sanitation and food safety procedures and laws are followed.
• Maintain a safe working environment to minimize risks.
