Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
• Previous experience with dishwashing equipment, cleaning and sanitation preferred
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. frequently
• Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning of dishes, glasses, flatware and other kitchen items
• Maintains standards of cleanliness and adheres to Department of Health regulations
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitary condition of all kitchen equipment
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of floors, mats and related kitchen areas
• Responsible for proper use of supplies and equipment based on predetermined levels
• Assists with other kitchen/utility personnel as needed
• Performs all other duties as assigned. (i.e., preps, cleans, organizes)
• Promotes outstanding customer relations
