Job summary

Saratoga Casino Black Hawk is seeking a Café Server to deliver friendly, efficient service to guests in a dynamic Colorado casino environment. This role reports to the Food and Beverage Manager and involves cash handling, POS operation, and accurate settlement paperwork.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of food service experience and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time schedule with comprehensive benefits is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serves guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Operates POS system and handles accurate cash and financial transactions.
• Prepares all settlement paperwork in a consistent and organized manner.
• Records F&B revenues and corresponding receipts, coupons and payments.
• Restocks items and products in the area as needed.
• Prepares inventory of area and orders necessary stock.
• Monitors alcohol consumption per policy and state law.
• Keeps work area clean and sanitary per Health Dept. codes.
• Relays guest compliments and complaints to Managers/Supervisors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Promotes good relations with guests and peers.
