Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for the entire shift.
• Capable of bending, stooping, using hands continuously, and lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 45 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work in hot and/or humid environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial dishwashers and wash dishes by hand when necessary.
• Follow sanitation policies and frequently sanitize table tops and galley equipment.
• Assist prep cooks and other kitchen staff as needed.
