Responsibilities

• Buss and wash dishes, reset dining areas.
• Prepare dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
• Clean kitchen machines and appliances.
• Unload and store deliveries.
• Sweep and mop floors, especially if spills occur.
• Take out trash and rinse garbage cans.
• Support other restaurant staff as needed.
• Report kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
