CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a part-time Dishwasher for Independence Village of Madison Heights (MI). The role runs 4pm–7:30pm and involves washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, while supporting a positive team environment with the culinary staff.

Responsibilities include following proper cleaning procedures, restocking supplies, and maintaining good communication with residents, families, and guests. Prior restaurant dishwashing experience is preferred but not required.

Formación

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
