Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dish and pot washing and general cleaning duties.
• Wash utensils, chinaware, and glassware for dining room resets.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and kitchen surfaces.
• Maintain a clean dish room including floors and dishwasher area.
• Sweep and mop dish room and kitchen floors and storage areas.
