• Keeps the kitchen clean, including dry storage and walk-in cooler.
• Empties the kitchen trash and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning of steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans dishes after close and performs other duties as required.
