Snowpine Lodge, a luxury mountain resort in Alta, Utah, is seeking a Dishwasher to join our high-energy kitchen team. You will support culinary operations, help maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth service for guests in a dynamic alpine setting.

Ideal candidates bring reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Training is provided; a positive attitude and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are appreciated as we deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed

Responsibilities

• Work in a high-energy kitchen environment, supporting the culinary team in their food preparation and service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment
• Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure proper handling and storage of cleaned items
• Assist with basic food prep tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients
• Follow safety and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service
• Exhibit a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow
