Responsibilities

• Washing, sanitizing, and returning dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to the line in a timely and organized manner throughout the shift.
• Operating commercial dishwashing equipment safely and according to established procedures.
• Maintaining the dish station in a clean, organized, and fully functional condition at all times.
• Monitoring and maintaining proper dish machine temperatures, chemical levels, and wash cycles, notifying a supervisor immediately if something is off.
• Sorting and stacking clean dishware, glassware, and utensils correctly and efficiently so the team always has what they need.
