KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is seeking a Kitchen Assistant/Dishwasher to join our fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant team in Colorado Springs. You will help keep the kitchen running smoothly, assist with food prep, and ensure a clean, organized environment that supports great service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with cooking according to KPOT standards.
• Assist in food preparation and ensure ingredients are ready for service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Coordinate with front-of-house for timely service.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Manage time to ensure dishes are ready for use.
• Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and side work.
• Communicate allergy orders clearly to staff.
• Maintain a hospitable attitude at all times.
• Be a team player and support others to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
