Sodexo at Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Dishroom Attendant. The role supports kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in food production and service areas.

You will handle dishwashing, surface cleaning, floor maintenance, and occasional setup/breakdown tasks during afternoon/evening shifts, with some weekend/holiday work. Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent; no prior experience is required.

Competenze

• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic food safety concepts.

Mansioni

• Wash dishes by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Restock supplies like soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials.
