Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated part-time Employment Specialist/Job Coach to support individuals with IDD in Lancaster County. You’ll coach, train, and assist clients in finding and sustaining community employment, while documenting progress and maintaining strong relationships with employers.

Qualifications

• One year experience working with IDD (intellectual and developmental disabilities).
• Daytime availability to accommodate part-time shifts.
• ACRE and/or CESP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching and training to individuals with IDD in community work settings.
• Assist individuals in exploring career interests and securing employment.
• Monitor progress through documentation and support ongoing skill development.
• Educate employers on benefits and opportunities of working with people with disabilities.
• Advocate for inclusion and reasonable accommodations in the workplace.
