Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Employment Specialists/Job Coaches to support individuals with IDD in integrated community work settings. You will help clients explore careers, secure employment, and build skills for long-term success, while collaborating with employers to promote inclusive practices.

Compensation starts at $18/hour with weekly pay and flexible, part-time shifts. Locations include Salisbury and Rowan County area, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (IDD).
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Empowering an individual to obtain meaningful employment.
• Assist with enhancing job skills by monitoring progress through documentation.
• Educate employers on benefits and opportunities of work with people with disabilities.
• Advocating for inclusion on the job and reasonable accommodations for the individual.
• Making an impact on the community.
