Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support in Little Silver, NJ. You will work with a young adult (21, nonverbal) to encourage independence, social engagement, and progress toward personal goals.

The role involves assisting with routines, maintaining safety, and documenting services after each shift. Driving your own vehicle is required, with onboarding and background checks provided.

• Experience with non-verbal individuals preferred.
• Ability to drive the individual in your personal vehicle is required.
• Able to complete onboarding, background checks, and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
