Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a Part-Time Direct Support Professional for the 1st shift in Raleigh, NC, to support adults with brain injury in our residential programs.

The DSP will assist with daily living tasks, personal care, therapies and accompany clients to appointments and outings. A high school diploma or GED, being 18+, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver\'s license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Reading and speaking Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living tasks and personal care.
• Provide therapies support and accompany clients to appointments and outings.
• Support clients in recreational activities and vocational pursuits.
