Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is hiring a Full-Time Direct Support Professional for the 2nd shift (3PM-11PM) in Raleigh, NC. The role supports adults with brain injury in residential programs, assisting with daily living, therapies, and outings. Bilingual Spanish helpful; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift 50 lbs. CNA tuition programs are offered.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and responsible driving behaviors.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote clients’ success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational pursuits.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities and other outings.
• Work with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients.
